What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in - 1:30 PM and up (unattended check-in so you can check in at any time).
    Chuck-out - 10:00 AM.
    Please note that we cannot delay check-out time.

When do I have to change or cancel my reservation?

  • Cancellation up to 12 days prior - no charge
    Cancellation from 11 to 6 days prior to the event - half of the amount paid
    Cancellation from 5 days to the day of the event - full amount of the fee paid

    In the event that transportation (buses, trains, and transportation roads) are not available on the day of the event due to heavy snow or disaster, no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations on the day of the event.
    In such cases, the fee paid will be refunded in full.

    *A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations based on forecasts or predictions made one week in advance.
    *The above cancellation policy also applies to reservations made through reservation sites such as Jalan net and Rakuten Travel.

    In the case of a rescheduled reservation, the cancellation fee may be waived, but please note that 100% of the original reservation cancellation fee will be charged in addition to the original reservation cancellation fee for cancellations made after the rescheduling.

  • It is located in front of the building.
    Please park away from the aisle leading to the entrance.
    The parking lot is shared by three rooms, so please share the parking space.

  • All rooms have the same amenities, including private sauna and Jacuzzi.
